Return WindowCustomers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order.
EligibilityReturned items must be in original condition — unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable ItemsCustomized, personalized, or bespoke items are not eligible for return.
Return ProcessTo initiate a return: 1. Email our customer service at linkemluxury@gmail.com. We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the return shipping instructions.
Return ShippingReturn shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged on delivery, in which case we will reimburse or provide a pre-paid label.
RefundsRefunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Exchanges / Store CreditWe offer exchanges for the same product or store credit if preferred.
